Keeping fit doesn’t have to mean dragging yourself to gym at 5am every morning. Unless that’s your vibe, of course – then no judgies. But it’s 2020 and there are more ways than one to burn calories, so if you’re willing to try something new then I think we’ve found the best workout of all time. The time for trampoline park fitness is now!

So, what are you waiting for? Say goodbye to those endless treadmill sessions and check out the trampoline park trend. Bounce is a great place to shake up your workout, host a kid’s birthday or just blow off some steam after a long week. It’s also a great setting for snapping some Instagram-worthy pics, so I’ll be looking to these inspirational Jozi instagrammers for tips. (Because did you even backflip on a trampoline if you didn’t share it with the world on Insta?)
