Christmas Cupcakes With Billy Boo’s

‘Tis the season to eat mince pies and fruitcake, even when you secretly don’t like either. But if you’re in the mood for something a little different this Christmas, we’ve got you covered!

Billy Boo’s is a hidden gem in Observatory, Cape Town. Locals love its unique cakes and excellent coffee, and we fell head over heels for these cute Christmas tree cupcakes.

Because seriously, who wouldn’t. I think my favourite part is that they are super simple to make:

• Whip up a batch of your favourite cupcakes (or buy them – no judgies)
• Add a mini ice cream cone and cover with piped green icing
• Bedazzle like you mean it

Or, you know, you could just pay Lianne (the goddess behind all of the Billy Boo’s baked goodies) to make them for you. Furthermore, it’s important to note that her genius doesn’t stop at cupcakes… take a look at what she created for our Entertainer 2017 launch a few weeks ago:
