Durbanites, I take my hat off to all you beauties. They didn’t lie when they told me that you guys are the most chilled and relaxed okes one can find. Not even a hectic rain storm put them off from attending the Durban 2018 launch shindig.
Rain storms tend to keep a person inside, right? I’m not gonna lie, but it totally threw me off a little. Because everything was wet, and a little slower as per usual and it made me think on my toes, quite fast ? (which is good, I know, I know). And also, I just wanna to crawl up, Netflix and chill, and drank all the wine in that weather. But you guys all put your big-boy pants on, got dressed (looked HAWT, btw), and made your way to Views at Twenty5 for a night to remember.
A special thanks to KZN Wedding DJ who brought the actual PARTY with his photo booths, social printing, marquee letters for extra ambiance, and spot-on music playlists and MC skills, Spier wines and Heineken who sponsored our welcome drinks, to the top Durban bloggers (that’s you guys, go tag yourselves in this album), and to my incredible colleagues who helped our Marketing team so much. You guys all made it the super successful partay that it was, and I wouldn’t ask for it to have been any other way. For reals!
Go ahead and watch this video, guys. Everyone had a blast and it’s so evident. Go share the love. And if you want to see how much our other cities had, go check out Cape Town here, and Joburg here.
