3 Simple Gin Garnishes That Will Blow Your Mind

So, ginthusiasts, in honour of World Gin Day, here are our top three gin garnishes:

#1 Straight Up | Classic G&T with lemon

If you’re a no muss, no fuss kinda person, then you probably don’t want to go too crazy with your gin garnishes. And that’s totally OK. You can never really go wrong with a wedge of lemon (or lime). Non-believers can sip it.

#2 Red Hot Chilli Pepper | Chilli, whole peppercorns, sea salt

Yeah, this is where the whole chilli comes in. Adding a pinch of ground sea salt masks the bitterness, while the perforated chilli and peppercorns add a little heat. Just remember to add whole peppercorns, otherwise they’ll discolour your G&T.

#3 The Ruby | Grapefruit, pink tonic

A contemporary classic – this citrus addition will add a semi-sweet, yet somewhat bitter flavour. Combine it with pink tonic, and you’ve got the perfect ‘gram to post on World Gin Day. Plus, this particular combo’s named after Ruby, the Green Craft Bar‘s super cute shop pup, so you kinda have to try it.
